The Carpatree referral programme allows you to invite your friends to shop and earn points for each of their orders. You give your friends a 20% discount and collect points yourself (each pound spent is worth 20 points for you), which you can later exchange for rewards in the Carpatree Club loyalty programme.

You do not need to activate anything else – simply create an account with Carpatree, and a new tab called "Referral Programme" will appear in your customer panel, where you will find your individual discount code and referral link ready to use.

The points will appear in your account after your friend's order has been fulfilled and 35 days have passed since dispatch - this is the time allowed for any returns.

Yes, your code works for any new or existing Carpatree customer who:

• places an order in Polish zlotys,

• has a different email address than the referrer,

• shops in Poland.

Your points are added to your Carpatree loyalty programme points. You can exchange them for vouchers, discounts, or other rewards available in the loyalty programme. You can check the available rewards in the customer panel, in the Carpatree Club Loyalty Programme tab.

No — at present, the referral programme operates only in Poland and for orders in PLN currency.

No, the referral programme only works in the online shop. You can only use codes and points when shopping on carpatree.com.

If an order is cancelled or fully returned, points for that order will not be awarded or will be revoked. In the event of a partial return, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your balance in proportion to the value of the returned products.

Yes, our terms and conditions allow us to make necessary changes to the programme. Carpatree may temporarily suspend the accumulation of points or terminate the programme if necessary. We will inform you of any changes in advance, and the points you have accumulated up to that point will remain in your account.
