If the problem persists, contact Customer Services (through the button”Contact us” at the bottom of any page) and we will email you a new password.

Yes. In the checkout process (step 2 – Delivery), you can add and select a different address from the billing address.

We ship straight from our warehouse in Poland, European Union.

We offer you two options:
The really fast shipping via courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx depending on destination country) for 10€ or
A bit slower National Postal Service shipping for 5€.
The delivery cost is added to your bill after you log into the payment platform of your choice. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Order production time should not exceed 21 days, and the delivery time after handing delivery to the shipping company depends on the delivery method chosen and the delivery region. Worldwide shipping usually takes around 5 working days.

First of all contact our customer support through email, all returned Items must be brand new and have all original tags attached. In order to get a refund you need to send us all your bank account details necessary to make a wire transfer including your Bank account number. You can swap the size or choose something else, and we will ship your replacement within two weeks. Please note that we do not accept swimwear returns and exchanges.

You can make your mind for as long as 90 days upon receiving of the item.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund the same way you made the payment.

Yes, you have 90 days to contact with our customer service and ship the item back. You can exchange the size and product. We have 2 weeks to ship the replacement.
