When you have selected a garment you wish to purchase, click "Add to Bag". To complete the purchase, click on the shopping bag on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the checkout process, where you will enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.

The most common problem is a misspelled address or password (ensure both your Caps Lock and Num Lock buttons are off). Yes. In the checkout process (step 2 – Delivery), you can add and select a different address from the billing address.

We ship straight from our warehouse in Poland (EU).

We offer standard delivery. Shipping cost depends on the destination. All current prices are listed in the bag. For orders over €100 delivery is free.

Yes, we do.

Majority of orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Final delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and the delivery region. It may take around 5 working days for the package to be delivered worldwide. For preorders fulfillment can take up to 28 days.

All you need to do is fill in the returns and exchanges form and send it back with the products to our shipping centre address. Please note that all returned products must be new and have the original tags.

Once your return arrives, you will receive your money in the same way it was paid within a maximum of 14 days.

Yes, you can bring your online order to a physical store along with a completed return form and proof of purchase (if issued). Physical stores are collection points for returns, which are sent once a week to the central warehouse, where the return processing begins. Yes, you have 300 days to contact our customer service and ship the item back. You can exchange the size and product. We have 2 weeks to ship the replacement.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to benefit from additional offers, a loyalty programme and facilities such as your order history.

Yes! If you create an account in our shop and enter your date of birth in your user profile, we will give you a special birthday discount one week before your birthday.
