Your Responsibilities
Coordinating the work of remote marketing employees in foreign markets, ensuring consistency with the company's main marketing strategies implemented in the Polish market.
Planning and supervising the implementation of marketing campaigns in individual foreign markets, adapting them to local specifics and needs while maintaining the brand's global identity.
Closely collaborating with the marketing department to ensure compliance and effective implementation of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitoring and analyzing the results of activities in each of the foreign markets to assess effectiveness and make necessary corrections.
Organizing regular online meetings with international teams to discuss progress, challenges, and establish further action plans.
Ensuring the flow of information and marketing materials between headquarters and international teams, including adapting advertising, promotional, and informational content to the needs of local markets.
Supporting local teams in developing local marketing strategies.
Identifying new marketing and advertising opportunities in foreign markets, including recommending actions to increase brand awareness and position.
Managing marketing expenditures in individual foreign markets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Ensuring compliance of marketing activities with local legal and cultural regulations in foreign markets.

Our Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in managing work in marketing.
Ability to adapt and implement consistent marketing strategies in different foreign markets.

Your Responsibilities
Tracking current fashion trends and analyzing the needs of consumers and athletes to understand which products will have the greatest sales success.
Creating mood boards, sketches, and visualizations of new products and collections, considering functionality, aesthetics, trend compliance, user comfort, and market expectations.
Selecting appropriate materials that are attractive, durable, comfortable, and meet the functional requirements of products, while also considering cost optimization.
Selecting color schemes according to current and anticipated trends, considering the market potential of selected colors.
Working on product prototypes in collaboration with the patternmaker and other specialists to create prototypes in line with design objectives. Commenting on prototypes provided by suppliers.
Organizing and supervising product tests. Analyzing user feedback and reviews to make improvements and enhancements in future projects.
Collaborating with the team, including buyers, marketers, salespeople, and product specialists, to ensure that products tailored to customer needs are brought to market.
Collaborating with designers in other product categories to create visually cohesive collections.
Managing the product lifecycle from conception to market withdrawal, analyzing sales, returns, complaints, and ensuring product compliance with regulations and quality standards.
