How do I place an order in the Carpatree Online Store?

When you have selected a garment you wish to purchase, click "Add to Cart". To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the checkout process, where you will enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.

I’m having trouble signing in

If you have trouble signing into our website, first check the specific text of the error message you received. The most common problem is a misspelled address or password (ensure both your CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK facilities are off). If the problem persists, contact Customer Services (through the button”Contact us” at the bottom of any page) and we will email you a new password.

Can I specify a different shipping address?

Yes. In the checkout process (step 2 – Delivery), you can add and select a different address from the billing address.


Where do you ship from?

We manufacture in and ship from Poland, European Union.

How much is it?

We offer you two options:
The really fast shipping via UPS for 10€ or
A bit slower National Postal Service shipping for 5€.
The delivery cost is added to your bill after you log in to the payment platform of your choice. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Do you ship world wide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How long does the shipping take?

Order production time should not exceed 21 days, and the delivery time after handing delivery to the shipping company depends on the delivery method chosen and the delivery region. Worldwide shipping usually takes around 5 working days.

Returns & exchanges

The item I got is not quite what I have expected, how do I return it?

First of all contact our customer support through email, all returned Items must be brand new and have all original tags attached. In order to get a refund you need to send us all your bank account details necessary to make a wire transfer including your Bank account number. You can swap the size or choose something else, and we will ship your replacement within two weeks. Please note that we do not accept swimwear returns and exchanges.  

How long can I keep an item before I return it?

You can make your mind for as long as 90 days upon receiving of the item.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund the same way you made the payment.

Can I change my articles?

Yes, you have 90 days to contact with our customer service and ship the item back. You can exchange the size and product. We have 2 weeks to ship the replacement.


What are the available payment methods?

Currently we accept PayPal, all major credit cards including Master Card and Visa.

Do I have to log in to place an order?

No, you don’t. However our registered users get loads of discounts for loyalty.
